In recent years Emilia Romagna too has become a relevant part of our
investigation and we have travelled this wonderful Italian region from
end to end, travelling the length and breadth of her most famous cities
of art as well as of her most secluded and attractive villages, either
on the plains streaked across by the Po river or deep into the heart of
her mountains and nature parks. We have investigated her most celebrated
aptitudes - gastronomy and music at the top of the list - still with the
aim of catching the truest colours of her extraordinary civilization.
